So sorry for the LATE post! About two months ago, Dakota, Willie and I went down to Orlando to join the Frank C's and many other Christian brothers and sisters in doing a prolife event (Thank you Mr. Frank for inviting us to come along with your family). This kind of thing had been on Me and Willie's (and Dakota's) heart and the Lord brought this opportunity for us to go out witness for Him! We haven't done much of this type of thing before, so it was really good for us to step out of our comfort zone and at least get some practice. It really sparked something in us to go and do more things like this. "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest." -Luke 10:2 I encourage anyone who is reading this to ask God how you can take part in being a laborer in His harvest. Whether through praying earnestly for laborers to be sent out, and for praying fervently for those who do not know the Lord, or through by going out and preaching the gospel! Or through all of thee above! :)
Our fancy toilet paper role.

After listening to some great speakers at the church, we went the pool at the condo
and joined a random party! (This seems to happen a lot when us and the
C's get together)... It was actually Michael Sugar's B-day.

This kid is most likely going to be famous one day.
Amazing musician!

Singing some praise and worship in front of Planned Parenthood.

It was great to see whole families coming together to
go out and minister.

Dakota looking good in front of the cops.

Mr. Frank, trying to catch people before they enter the parking lot.

"Twinkle, twinkle little...."
This was crazy. We had to go through so many tolls that we ran out
of change, so we had to pull over and search every inch of the car
to find enough change. After we scrapped up what we could find, we still
came 5 cents short, so Willie held up this sign while
the rest of us walked up and down the road looking for loose change...
We ended up finding a dime :)

We went to the University of Southern Florida
to do some preaching on the campus.

"Raise your hands if you've ever done anything like this before."

There's
JB again.

Father and daughter, side by side preaching the Gospel
of Jesus Christ! LOVE IT!

The David B. family, praising the Lord in front of
the USF Library

Mr. Frank & Alyssa

"How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed?
How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard?
And how will they hear without a preacher?" Romans 10:14
Dakota passing out some tracks
We learned a lot of new things by this experience. It really caused
Me, Willie, and Dakota to see how much of a
need there is for us as Christians to reach out
to people who need the Lord and
show them the Love of Christ and preach repentance.

I think Dakota did very well! He is
good at giving an answer for the hope that is within him.

We found a lot of these tracks rolled up and thrown in the trash.

Michael has had a lot of
experience with this kind of thing.
He was a great encouragement to us guys. He really knew his stuff.

This was an interesting conversation :)

I guess ninja isn't just a home church game.

We had some hard questions thrown at us. All
the more to help us go back and study harder and be more prepared.
Me, Will, & Dak came up with a list of things
that we wanted to go home and do more studying on.

"Preach the Word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort
with complete patience and teaching." 2Tim. 4:2

Discussing evolution vs. creation

It was really neat to see a young man who was
able to defend the Bible like he did.
"The grass withers, the flowers fade, but the Word of the Lord lasts forever!"
This trip was really good for us and I believe ultimately, God was glorified! But really
though, this shouldn't just be something we do every now and then.
We should constantly be looking for ways to witness for God. And never
forget to let the Holy Spirit lead you in every situation you are in....
Btw, we had an awesome time with you Dakota!
Thanks~ Edgar
